The item came just a few days after I ordered it with a minimal amount of packaging, which I appreciate. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I replaced the old part with the new one in less than 5 minutes and it fixed the problem. Thanks.
To start with, the seal wasn’t sealing. Water would slowly leak past the seal. I found the solution online. But, if it can happen once, it can happen again! So I ordered a backup. It comes with instructions, but the bag is sealed until I need it! Such is reality of wRVing life!
Fits per the original ball seal. I found it helpful to use a toilet seal lubricant to really get it to seal correctly.
After 1 year still no leakage. So far so good!!!
Easy install and seals great.
Perfect fit. Bought a gasket on Amazon. Toilet would not hold water. This gasket from etrailer works perfectly. I guess you get what you pay for!
E-Trailer always has great products backed with fantastic support & customer service. Lighting fast shipping. A true standout in todays otherwise lack luster business world. Completely recommended.
Great fit, worked perfectly for OEM fifth wheel hitch on my Ford.
The staff is very knowledgeable and pro fessional.
I like ordering from etrailer! I can call and ask them about the products and they always answer my questions so I know I'm getting what I need or want.
This flush ballseal was from Dometic, installed easily. Toilet bowl still holding water a week later. Thankyou etrailer
Shipping time was acceptable, installation was quick and easy and it held water. Done deal.
The included instructions made it easy to install. Only took about 5 minutes
A bit pricey for the item, but it'll do the job.
The seal worked great thanks.
To expensive
Works. Easy to install. OEM more expensive than others but works without issue.
It was an easy install and so far it's working great!
Having the seal replaced under warranty at my dealership. Will keep it as a backup. Thank you.
The seal was an original part and not an aftermarket item. It worked perfectly.
It didn't fit the way I thought it would fit but it did go in but it still does not hold water.
You guys are awesome!
Shipping very quick!!
Will order from etrailer again!
This item was ordered as a backup. Like it has been said, nothing lasts forever. This is the second one I have bought.

Very true! At least you are prepared and won't be caught without a replacement in a time of need :) Don't want to mess around when it comes to toilets

It has settled into a proper working part. The design is tricky to install. Then adding hot water on it to get it to expand doesn’t always work. What helped me was to add a coating of Vaseline between the gasket and the ball. So far so good.
Fast shipping. OEM part so not cheap, but well worth it!
We have gone too long dealing with the problem of sewer fumes thinking the fix would be hard. We saw web site ordered 2 seals. Easy to install plus use the lubricant by Theford. Our problem is fixed.
I bought a replacement seal from Amazon and had nothing but trouble installing it and when I finally did get it installed it continued to leak. I bought the more expensive one here and it installed in half the time and held water overnight. So fingers are crossed it continues to hold water.
